Kitesurfing is about using your whole body, and it might leave you feeling that your muscles need some extra-care! Stretching is an important part of the sport, and recharging your body can lead to faster progression: It helps you regenerate faster, increases your flexibility, your balance, your strength and your breathing-techniques.
We offer morning yoga before your kite sessions with soft warm-up exercises and we offer after kite-yoga to help you to avoid muscle pain and recharge body and soul.
You don’t have to be an acrobat, just be open minded! Our classes are for all levels from beginner to advanced. If you’re not a kitesurfer you will love our yoga sessions too. Start or finish your day to get more energy for your kiting!
When, where, how:
- Pre-kite yoga: 09:00 – 10:00
- After kite yoga: 19:00 – 20:00
Please note the group lessons times can vary depending on the time of year (in high summer they are earlier/later to avoid the heat), participants, or the kite session start and end time.
- 1 group lesson: 10 EUR / person
- 3 group lessons: 25 EUR / person
- Private classes (25CHF/hr) also available on request
