Kitesurfing is about using your whole body. You challenge yourself in a way that means you might feel your muscles need some extra-care! Stretching is an important part of the sport. Recharging your body can lead to faster progression. It helps you regenerate faster, increases your flexibility, your balance, your strength and your breathing-techniques. And of course increase your water time too!
We offer morning yoga before your kite sessions with soft warm-up exercises and we offer after kite-yoga to help you to avoid muscle pain and recharge body and soul.
You don’t have to be an acrobat, just be open minded! Our classes are for all levels from beginner to advanced. If you’re not a kitesurfer you will love our yoga sessions too. Start or finish your day to get more energy for your kiting!
